Favorite Send to FastDrawLast night the Chicago Bull ran this quick hitter post action to start the 4th quarter versus the Washington Wizards. Noah did a great job selling this play dribbling at the pin-down before quickly turning to feed Gibson ducking in. Noah's quick dribble right put X4 a step off Gibson to allow the easy post. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA set to get your trailing big posted up off of a staggered back screen. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawAnother play to get McDermott the ball in the post. If you have a player who has a mismatch or can really score around the basket, it's a good idea to have a variety of looks to get that player touches. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Brooklyn Nets ran this elbow action in their game versus the Miami Heat. As 3 (Joe Johnson) came up the lane for the 3-pointer, X4 sniffed out the action and helped to prevent the catch. This allowed 4 (Paul Pierce) to slip to the block for a post-up. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play ends up with a small-big cross screen. 1 dribbles to the wing pushing 2 to the corner. Ball reversed to 3 as 2 runs baseline. 3 can pass to 2 in left corner for shot. 1 screens down for 4 then cross screens for 5. On 4's catch 5 uses screen to get open in paint. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawHigh low action is the result of this play. 1 looks for 5 on initial back screen from 3 and 3 pops high to catch. 4 on ball screens for 3 for ball penetration and kick to 2. 5 comes high to catch and pass high low to 4. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawCSKA Moscow has been using this out of bounds action for the past two years sucessfully under coach Ettore Messina. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawRhody back is another simple yet very effective screen the screener post-up play to run after using a rhody cut. In the play below, have 1 delay his dribble to the wing until 2 almost reaches the point of the screen from 4. This will occupy X4 for a second before being hit with the backscreen. If X3 and X4 do a poor job communicating on the backscreen and overload to the post, 3 will be open after the pin down from 5. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawColorado under Head Coach Thad Boyle have gone 79-39 over the last three years. Boyle is now in his 4th season. The Buffs are now up to number 20 in the latest poll before the start of Conference Season against Oregon State. This is a nice play out of their Ball Screen Motion as coming off the SPNR, the wing reads the defense running into the lane to set a cross screen freeing up the post for a pass down low from the top. Spencer Dinwiddie and Askia Booker are two exciting high profile players to watch this year in PAC 12 play for Colorado!! See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawLast night in their loss to the Florida Gators, the Memphis Tigers ran this post-up action to get Goodwin and Nichols playing a two-man for a hi-low. With limited size coming off the bench for the Gators, Memphis really attacked Florida's bigs trying to get Patric Young and company in foul trouble. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis past week our team was very fortunate to compete in the King of the Bluegrass Holiday Classic outside of Louisville, KY. This tournament is one of the best in the Nation with the best teams in Kentucky in attendance. This action below was one that the #1 team in Kentucky, Ballard High School, ran to post up their Center (who is heading to Butler). See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawGood offense for quick #4, who can seal his man inside & who can good enogh to play 1x1 in the lane. Also you can use that play as a MTM & vs Zone half court offense. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawTuesday night in their nail biting loss to South Florida, Florida Gulf Coast ran this half-court set for a post hi-low isolation. After spending many years at Kansas under Bill Self, it is no surprise that FGCU coach Joe Dooley frequents hi-low actions. If 3 can set a solid screen the goal is for 5 to try and catch in the middle of the paint for a quick score. However, if X5 fights over top of the screen of X3 and X5 switch, 5 is to seal his man on the top side for a lob pass over the top for a finish. See More
